I saw the Opie and Andy video the other day. Then next, I saw him on The Factor. He is making the rounds for his book. But, I have a feeling that with all the exposure, if it weren't the truth, we'd be hearing about if from Ventura himself.

i have my doubts about this.... i know ventura is not happy with the wars (a view i share with him) but i have never heard him ever say anything like this about troops... i think he has gone off the deep end a bit over the past few years but i'd be shocked if he really said this. i would also be let down in a way...

this also would be all the proof ventura would need to press charges for assault i believe. and punching out a 60 year old man isn't much to brag about either.... don't care if it is "the body" ventura...

Until Ventura comes out to discredit this guy I'll take his word for it. His silence says a lot in my book and I'm sure he's gotten wind of this by now. I didn't get the impression he was bragging about it, from his facial expression he didn't really even want to talk about it. If someone said a member of my family deserved to die I'd have the same reaction. And make no mistake, these guys are like family to one another. I get the feeling someone like JV is too proud to press charges for getting knocked on his ass. He's an old school tough guy who probably believes in settling things man to man, and hopefully a small part of him knows he deserved to get hit.

yep, we have a SEAL saying that he punched a 60 year old former SEAL in the face, admitted to running out of the bar (like a bitch), then almost 6 years later telling the world when he just happens to be selling a book. in those 6 years this story has never come out. nobody can back this story up?

when i punch somebody out for running their mouth it ends there. if somebody asked me about it 6 months or 6 years later, as any real man should do, i'd plead the 5th. no need to talk about it, i took care of business and it is done... this dude is either lying or is a punk bitch.

the bar that this happened in is a basically a SEAL bar owned by a former SEAL instructor that trained ventura. i really doubt that he would be stupid enough to be in there running his mouth like that. who knows though, ventura has sort of gone off the deep end and could just as easily have said those things. it just sounds like bs given that this dude is now looking to sell something....
