its a small world after all...
i went to my parents house this weekend which is about 2 hours south west of Little Rock... Murfreesboro is in the middle of no where... i mean to see a movie you drive an hour...
well im in a local gas station just hanging out and a guy comes in the door and ask "who's vette is that?"... i told him it was mine... he then ask me when i bought it... i responded... we talked for a little while and it turns out it was his...
we talked for a lil while... apparently he he bout it in 02 with 20k on it... and had traded it in on a truck like 4 days b4 i bought it... he said he loved the car, but just didnt like the fact that it wasnt a targa... he said he had didnt know of anything wrong with it and had taken it in right b4 he traded it to get some stuff fixed b4 the warrenty ran out...
we had a nice 5 or so minute conversation b4 he left...
just kinda thought it was wierd that im in some lil podunk town on the one weekend ive been in since xmas... and the former owner of my car walks in...
how does this type of shit happen? , but its kinda nice to find out who owned it and find out that there isnt like a hidden history with it... makes me feel more like i got a descent deal instead of scammed...
-me
EDIT: turns out they gave him $17.5k for it...

Yeah, that's cool and even better that you have some peace of mind about your vehicle!

Used cars are where the real money is in car sales.
