Invisible Aluminum
Can you imagine seeing the internal workings of your engine while it's running? Wonder Woman's invisible plane doesn't sound all that impossible now does it?!

That would be awesome in something like my dirtbike with an exposed engine. Too bad it has a cylinder liner anyway...

that would be so badass to see the explosions and how fast they actually happen.
on a 2 stroke dirt bike those engines run at like 15k rpms too

Maybe a two stroke snowmobile runs at 15k rpm, but my cr250r dirtbike I had I highly doubt went over 10k. What would really be cool with this is for diagnosing problems, wierd noises, etc.

Whilst the invisible effect lasted for only an extremely brief period - an estimated 40 femtoseconds

It's a reversible state, so its not going to be making engine blocks anytime soon...

my bike's limiter is 13.2k A 250 two stroke makes power at about 8000 rpm, so it's not going to be revved very high.

Sleeves are steel, coatings on aluminum cylinders would prevent you from seeing anything.
