An incident in my parking lot

I am pretty sure I will now park my bike somewhere else.
Here's where I park:

there's no car parking spot there so I was thinking I'm pretty safe there.
As you can see on the pics below, my bike is NOT safe there

I know I suck at taking pictures but my adrenaline level was high cause my GF just came back from work and she couldn't get out of the car to get home

Like I said before Pecha, where you live looks very similar to where I live, and yes, we have a Bear too, seen him up close more than once, he's killed our chickens and got into our trash. DOW will not do a thing about it, I may have to. Try spraying ammonia around the dumpster, they don't like it too much.
