crock of shit.....I buy literally tons and tons of shit every single year and not once have I ever looked at Yelp. This guy is basically saying some bad reviews on yelp is ruining his business? Bullshit. Being an asshole that looks for excuses why your business is failing is whats ruining your business.

Yup. That, exactly. We had a customer threaten us in a voicemail with Angie's list once for not being able to answer the phone as soon as he called. What the fuck, dude?

who goes to angie's list? I've never met a woman named Angie yet that I liked.

I've don't know anything about yelp. I have heard of Angie's list on TV. But, it's not that far fetched to think that there are people out there that would try to sabotage this mans business. Whether or not they are a competitor or just a disgruntled customer that got a bunch of his or her friends to go online and post a bunch of negative comments.

Either way, could it hurt his business that much? Doubtful. Unless of course he lives in a small town that relies immensely on the likes of yelp and such as an advertising platform. Which is also doubtful. Who knows. There is a lot of crap that goes on everyday by certain types people that I just don't understand.
