I am sick of C.S. reps that I cant understand

I am so tired of call centers (lately Sprint) when I call I cant understand I frigin word they say because of poor English. I know they have a right to work where they chose but one of these days I am going to really lose it.

If I get someone who I can't understand very well, I call them "Abu" throughout the whole conversation.

Most all call centers are in Bangalore, India. Welcome to capitalism and the world we have to live in because corporate america wants to save money and outsource jobs to people in other countries instead of taking care of our own.

With the government making business overpay people to do jobs, businesses are forced to go outside the jurisdiction of our overreaching government.

Allow businesses to pay the market price for services and this will not be such a problem.

Until then, I suggest that you do as I do and vote with your dollars. Don’t spend your money with businesses that have policies that you do not agree with.
