Yeah they barely changed anything big time structurally differing from the front end of a Camaro (btw this is old news..), and the other problem is it's a weird mix of a 1st gen and 2nd gen..

Different headlights, grille, front facia, hood, fenders, tail light panel, etc.... About the same differences as every other generation of Camaro & Trans Am. While the changes aren't huge, they never really have been.

I kinda dig the T/A conversion. I'd like to see one up close. But for $60k, I wouldn't ever consider actually buying it.

Looks better than 99% of boring ass cars on the road? Yes.

    Deserves Trans Am name? No.

I like it. Definitely stands out in a crowd -- especially with all the cookie cutter crap on the roads these days. I look at it as a tribute to the Trans Am legacy and would quite happily park one in our garage.

that is the problem... it's nothing more than a cookie cutter camaro... our birds ended up looking like an exotic... the whole reason i bought mine was because i liked the curves and there was nothing else that looked like it... i wish these smack tards who "design" these crappy concepts would magically grow an imagination and creat something origional...

I guess I just like the retro movement -- these are the cars I grew up with and drooled over everytime I saw one as a kid. Modern technology wrapped in vintage bodyworks. It works for me.

On a side note, my 9 year old nephew was at our house the other day. He pointed at each car in the garage, and said "I like it... I like it... I like it... I don't like it!" The "don't like" was my wife's '74 Corvette. He thought it was ugly. You should have seen the look on her face.

They could start by keeping first gen design elements on a (bloated and dropped on it's head as a child) first generation shell

Not sure what mileage or comfort or things I insert into my anus have to do with my opinion on the appearance of a car.
