Sounds like there is an unwanted substance in there somewhere. Possible urine in carpet?
Did your fries fall down in the seat crack again?

Might have mildew on the evap...napa sells a good fugus killer that sprays up through the evap drain on the firewall. Turning the AC off a few miles from home and leaving the fan on will help dry the evap and prevent mildew.

Without knowing for sure what the source is, it's kind of hard to figure out how to get rid of the odor. The fact that the truck is new makes it all the more confusing. You don't want to just cover it up if it's going to come back. If it's that bad, a shot of ozium might cover it up until you figure out where it's coming from.

What kind of truck? Some later model GM trucks have a problem with musty smells due to a build up of mildew on the evaporator. If it smells kinda musty thats probably the cause. If that's the case take it to a GM dealership... they should be able to clean it under warranty.

I forgot I had a few dead hookers in my trunk a few years back and left them in over the weekend. The fabreeze worked great for keeping the smell away... I just wish I could have found a way to keep them warm.

Body bag duct taped air tight and a vaccum to suck out the air...throw them on ice
