How Many Watch Top Gear?
Do you watch Top Gear and your opinions on it. I watch it and I love that show. They are the luckiest three bastards in the world to do what they do as a "job." Driving exotics, traveling to all parts of the world, and that British humor they have really cracks me up.

I love it for the most part. Don't agree with some of their opinions on American cars but all in all one of the best car shows on tv right now.

Phantom Black Metallic- 2004 GTO M6
When Discovery Channel ran it a few years ago, I never missed it. When I saw the episode where they tested a Monaro VXR, that helped seal the deal for my car. To this day, I want to drive my car on an abandoned airstrip like the Stig and have fun.

I personally think it is probably the greatest car enthusiast programs of all time.
However, American cars do start off in the hole and have to climb their way out, it is a European bias that is perpetuated by their comments. I don’t have a problem with that, Americans and Europeans just have different tastes. (look up Clarkson’s review of a F-150 Lightning on youtube)
In a 10 minute segment reviewing a “zed06” (z06) for example, 8 ½ minutes are dedicated to explaining just how “rubbish” the car is but in the end Clarkson says he loves it.
The “cheap car challenges” are some of the best.

Silver- 1998 Camaro Z28 A4
bestest car show ever ever ever!!!
about american cars: try driving a camaro with stock suspension on the autobahn, or through a small old city with narrow roads. they are right, in a way our cars are rubbish! driving in the states is just a whole different thing...
but really, the fun in the show lies in them being biased, unreasonable, hedonistic and very, very british!

Bright Red- 1999 Trans Am Ws6
The shit they do is amazing. And each of them are definite car enthusiasts. Hammond unofficially set a world speed record even. When he crashed that jet car, one of the earlier passes was a new world record, but since it wasn't being watched over by an officiating body it didn't count.
