I thought this was pretty cool. Looks a lot bigger in the movie though. And I don't remember any of those trees, maybe they could get that big in 20 years...idk

hopefully they cleaned up the paint, glue, broken glass, and replaced the door handle that was heated up.

Prospective buyers definitely need to opt for the pre-purchase home inspection. That furnace definitely looked like it needed replacement too.

They might want to look into flood/water damage insurance too, since the robbers flooded the neighbor's houses.

Yeah, a little town close to where I grew up didn't though. Smithville,MS. They're getting a lot of help from the communities around them now. Memphis is about to be underwater now. We're 15 miles from downtown but we're not in the flood path (at least I hope not). Thanks for asking man

didnt mean to jack the thread, noticed you are in Miss. A very dear friend of mine lives in West Point and works in Starkville and sent me tons of pictures of severe devastation and actual pictures of twisters she took while in her car!

I should get a hold of a realtor and ask them how crime is around there, "heard there was a chain of robberies in that neighborhood a few years back."
