I would not have been video taping. I would be pulling that girl out of the passenger side with all my might and the driver. That is fucked up how they just watched it.

That's a terrible way to go man.... Had a buddy (rookie firefighter) of mine burn to death once trying to rescue people from a house fire. He heard the call on his scanner and since he was closer than the fire company, went into the house in civilian clothes. House was full of smoke, did'nt know there was a step down into a smoke filled living room. Slipped and the fall knocked him out. They could'nt find him cause he had fallen behind a couch or some piece of furnature. By the time they located him only 25% of his body was recovered. I went to school with the girl he was dating at the time. She had to stand there helpless. Not knowing that just a few feet from where she was the man she was to marry was being burned alive.

Just searched for the video(after I made sure the guy was ok) but watched a semi cab explode on a parkway exit in the distance on the way home. Ran up to the cab ungulfed in flames looking for the driver, cant find him. Go around back and hes on a cell phone sitting in the dark...Ask him if he is ok and if he has called the PD... all was good so i left..

But, a good camera person keeps filming, no matter what. Other folk in the area can be the brave ones.

i only saw them get that one guy out, and they didn't really get him out. He climb out himself. From what i saw it only looked like 2 people in the car.

Its a pretty strange situation. I'd imagine everyone there was very apprehensive due to the fire and potential explosion. The way it looked to me, the fire spread to the cabin at the same time or even after they kicked in the windshield? Perhaps the fire spread to the cabin before that, I couldn't tell, pretty grainy video.

I guess most of you are way to young to remember the nightly news coverage of the Vietnam War.Lots of "Napalm" Air Strikes on "Suspected " NVA Villages/Strongholds,whatever.No they never showed anything up close and personal but they did show the Bombing so it wasn't rocket science.Everybody on the ground was a crispy critter.

Flaming cars RARELY explode. That is an idea the movie business has put into your heads. I've seen several cars burn to the ground, and none of them ever exploded.

I remember seeing a video of a guy horribly burned walking around with his skin hanging off him like five inch pieces just hanging, and he was smoking a fucking cigarrete. Fire burned his nerve endings off and had no pain whatsoever, talk about fucked up.

the fire spread as soon as he kicked the window open and created the air draft. Definitely messed up and not the way I would want to go. The people on the passenger side look like they were probably already gone.
