Runs great, everything works,Even The Headlights. Clean Interior..

#7 and #17 aswell
Do not deal with broncos and what the hell is wrong with you and all the El Camino's?
BTW do not let the one minded folks talk you out of a ford product alot of thier cars are cheap and easy to fix.
And you want a old lt1 as a daily gas mileage and oil loss alone would keep me clear

I wouldn't choose those third-gens as a DD. I agree with Zboner, those will probably be the best. Some of those cars are what I would buy a daily driver for, not the other way around.

Taupe/Red- 2001 Trans Am Conv
#6 has nice LOW miles and should be very comfortable and WARM as a DD in winter. Shouldn't take much to keep it running cheap for years!! Just make sure that mileage is real and not a replaced odometer.

i really wonder about most of you and your choices for a daily driver.
I thought the purpose of a daily driver was gas mileage and reliability, plus low cost of keeping up the vehicle. I never thought people would pick the oldest v8's that are either carb (shitty for winter when you have to warm it up) or shitty on parts/gas

Beater1.
A car used for daily transport to avoid damage or wear on a nicer car.
I drove my beater to work today, it's raining too hard to take the Z.
my daily driver is a 68 el camino

So you mean instead of getting a beater that uses less gas, and does not require alot of wrenching, or be comfortable you just use a beater to drive in the rain?
OMG all these years i have been wrong...well next time i get a muscle car and i need a beater when it is raining i will go buy a older version of it, or a 25 year old vehicle with no comforts

real men are only vaguely aware of a cars interior or comforts.
for instance, my el camino has no power brankes or steering, no heat or ac, a 10 dollar stereo, crank windows.
and I like it that way. rock solid reliable.
