    Help for freinds Mach 1

    I just need to know if anyone in here has had any experience with head and cam swap on the 03-04 mach ones. I know it is expensive and not huge gains like our cars but he just doesnt care. Anyone know where I can find some good head/cam packages for this car or have any recommendations for where to go about looking? It is seriously a pain in the ass to try and find anything for these turds. I am all for him throwing a shit ton of money into his car though so I can still kick the piss outta him

    Any help appreciated.

    boss330 racing, livernois motorsports.

    The most cost effective route for him is a blower though. Those heads flow a ton and the cams are good. same as in an 03-04 terminator.

    only problem with that which I should have stated everything but I wasnt thinking is the fact that he he a built motor with forged internals already. That would normally be a good thing but for some reason the turd went and got domed pistons to raise his compression to a little over 11:1. Not exactly ideal for boost...

    Any ideas of how to combat that issue?

    why in tarnation would he build that motor up like that but use pop top pistons? hes basically fucked unless he wants to spend some money. Boss330 racing and Livernois both port heads I believe. Comp cams will do custom cams. But that motor would wake up the most with a procharger

    eh.. it was pretty much built by a local shop here.. I dont know why the shop didnt protest that madness but I guess thats what he went in and said he wanted. He wanted a high compression nitrous motor but never put the juice on it. He plans to still but want more power on motor. I have told him many a times that he wont get uch more power outta that motor

    I wouldnt put any boost on that engine with that high of compression, even nitrous would be iffy if using a lot.

    americanmuscle.com has a bunch of mustang parts. thats where my friends get parts for there car. LMPerformance has some parts too.
