I lost a good friend when his BWM was clipped and flipped over. He was ejected through the Sunroof. I was there after the accident, which wasn't pretty.

I always wear mine....I was in a car accident back in 99 and suffered fractured ribs and a concussion.

I was in a pretty bad wreck in 1984 and was'nt wearing a seat belt, after bending the dash, steering wheel, and busting the windshield, the 1st thing I do is buckle up my seat belt!

I dont like the "ITS THE LAW" shit. If I wanna be a dumb ass let me. Some places dont make a motorcyclist wear one. How safe is that? I dont wear it around town but if Im on the hwy I do.

Thats how it is in FLA. no helmet & they enforce the seat-belt shit.
I got 3 no seat-belt tks already, no points just cash so it's my choice.
Now if i travel on the thru-ways yes i put it on.
