    Header wrap quality?

Was looking on ebay and they had some from $10 to $45. What to look for in quality stuff. Also would it be ok to wrap an intake to keep heat out and cool air in. Was looking at some red as an accent color.

header wrap is good for intakes, not headers though.. Maybe some high end stainless units. Otherwise you'll get a blowout or rust

    Sadly now demodded :(

Use bags of ice on the intake. Works regardless of induction style (Carb or Fuel injection).

I think he means for general cruising around. Also, anything that rids you of the stock airbox will probably leave you losing power over stock. A tube from the tb to airbox with no baffles/silencers shold help. I know rogues have a scoop that sucks from infront of the rad. stock

Yeah I also have a rogue also. But form my apex v they have an overpried Injeguen intake that actually goes all the way to the wheel well. I've read with the spec v compared to the se r the engine is really maxed to the the extra 25 hp amd runs hot. I was trying to think of ways to cool things down. I'm gonna try and get the fans turned on earlier maybe a different mixture I'm the rad with lower thermostat. I remember the old resister trick we used to do but out iat is part of the maf. Didn't know if I could extend the wires and move it further down the engine bay? Would love to get prev osiris but the money factor compared to other things. I would have to way them out
If I could get a tuner/ programmer that worked for any car I could justify the cost. Funny is how I trust this boards opinion more than a nissan board
    Thanks for the help though.

It seemed as if 67CamaroRSSS did the same thing I did, and that as not looking to see what he drove. Once I noticed he had a Sentra, the Rogue made sense. I facepalm.jpg'd myself at that point.
