Hard Times
Every year at work the local lions club uses our office to store the food they collected on the food drive for christmas. I went out in the shop and they really didn't have shit... green beans, kidney beans, chicken broth and few other food items that most people don't want.
I talked to the lady who runs the food drive and she told me they have 20 family's to feed. I know times are tough for people, but i wasn't gonna let these people get a bunch of crap. I ran out today and got 20 boxes of mac and cheese, 20 boxes of stuffing, 20 packs of spaghetti noodles and jars of spaghetti sauce, 20 cans of mixed fruit, 20 boxes of rice crispy treats, 20 gallon jugs of fruit punch. I am going to call around tomorrow about getting 20 turkeys.

Every time I've almost lost hope in humanity, something like this makes it better. Excellent job

If they would stop spending their welfare on drugs and new cars there would be food on the table.
