Great weekend full of BS
I had a great weekend of racing and partying planned and i really couldnt wait for final release formation all week. So i go to a local book store to kill some time before heading to the track, and thats when the fun begins. My key fob had gone dead without any warning so my car was then deemed useless miles away from anywhere i wanted to be. After leaving her in the parking lot of this bookstore for a night i finally gave in and bought a new key. Just this had made me miss the track, and dayglow the following Saturday. Beaten but not broken i head over to my friends house for a good night of drinking. Needless to say i had a great night, just to have it ruined the following morning by waking up to both of my rear nittos slashed and empty. What in the hell did i do to you phantom slasher? You better take comfort in the fact that i dont know who you are, because if i did i would have ripped your lungs out Yay, at least i had monday to look forward to.

Can you not use the actual key to get into and start the car on a goat? If not, that's a shitty design.
Sorry about the tires. That sucks. Karma always finds its way to those deserving of it though.Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.

what a d bag. your weekend seemed like mine.
except my wife broke her ankle, dog chewed thru a chain fence and ran away to find her in a sewage ditch after eating something I can assume was dead or poisonous.
something wrong with me as I would still take my weekend over yours.I hate car vandals

@Chuckie669 Omg man that is terrible. I'm really sorry about your wife and canine. At least my weekend didn't consist of bodily injury and death...

@SMWS6TA they did have cameras at the book store, but that's not where those bastards assassinated my tires.

The usual culprits are;
some one you beat racing
ex GF
but most likely it was teenagers

luckily dog made it (i guess) had an evening of coughing up trash can lid size black'ish chunks and then another day of me bleaching anything she touched to be safe (kids).
Those security cameras are not helpful more times than they are. I got sideswiped when I had my g8 by someone cutting thru the parking lot at target. the quality of some of those cameras is attrocious. I had a 3mp cellphone that took better video.

Sorry about all the bad luck. Sometimes it comes in the Sam's Club Super Saver size.
But still, how does a dead key fob battery render the car useless?
Like 35th-ANV-SS said, can you not use the actual key?
Even on my car that has no key, if the fob battery dies there is a backup steel key in the remote and a slot to insert the dead fob into that will allow the engine to start.
