Good news and bad news with my eyes!
So I went to the doctor yesterday for my eyes. If you remember the thread I was kinda scared shitless since having some issues and internet searching. Good news is I'm not going blind "YET". Bad news is I have gaps between my retinal tissue. You have 10 layers of retnal tissue and I have small gaps between each layer which can cause detachment. I pretty much have to go to a specialist and have him evaluate my condition. They can do a laser treatment that closes the gaps by burning the layers and "Sealing" them together so that detachment 99% won't happen. I don't know how much this is going to cost since it pretty much is a must do for me. They said I have the biggest gaps they have seen The doctor told me to get in within a month or so due to my condition. I'm happy but not happy obviously due to not as bad as I thought but still not a good outcome.
Good news: Haven't lost any vision and if treated (Which thank god there is a treatment) I will be good to go!
Bad news: I need treatment because of a issue.┌∩┐(◕_◕)┌∩┐
Man: The Mods you are fighting,
they are the biggest Men I have ever seen. I
wouldn't want to fight them!
Me: That is why no one will remember your name!

Sorry to hear it. But, yes... not having lost any vision and the fact that what you have is treatable, it's overall good news.

If worst comes to worst, someone is always ready to shell out big dollars for a kidney or some baby gravy

It truly could be worse.
Ever heard of penile detachment? Me either, but losing ones dick would make me wish I were blind.

Bro I feel ya on the eyesight issue. Take it from me I have Ocular Albinism and it sucks donkey balls not being able to see correctly.
Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done for mine and glasses only bring vision one line better on the eye charts.
Will put you in my prayers.

None- None
My mom just got operated on for a detached retina. My wife has vision issues as well.
If you could get to Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.
This is their doctor.
