Getting the old girl road ready
So I'm getting around to fixing the Maro up and getting it road ready after my gun purchase
New Bilsteins/Nitto 555r/OEM Z06 wheels/Plugs
Dyno tune and she will be back to tip top shape
Should be getting it to the dyno within a month if not less. Can't wait to feel it at full power. Hooks and handles great though

Race cars for "pinks"
Quite happy with the bilsteins over the stock decarbons, just a wee bit better New trans mount needed now, broke mine with spirited driving today....oh well, F body for ya

I know how that goes. Was at Jeffs and took off the poly mount and put a new rubber mount on, and on the drive home (around 15 miles) it broke. Pulled the steel stud right clean from the rubber itself. Ended up putting the poly back on.

Some will say they are for all out race but I know a couple of people who have them and drivability is just fine according to them. The engine doesn't move at all really and they are supposed to absorb most of the shock from engine vibrations.

So we are talking engine mounts? I need a trans mount....motor mounts probably wouldn't hurt either but 3 things at a time, not 4
