I'm sorry, but that's the gayest excuss for a ticket ever. It's just as bad as the ticket given to that one guy for having a stock Evo/WRX STi spoiler.

I had to read it all, I couldn't believe it. I hope to hell the laws never get that stupid around here. WHo gives a dang about the hood scoop height or how low the car rides, it's all stupid

Yeah i really like how some cities try to get shit like that to slide because they think people will not challeneg the law.

I had someone break into my car and steal my D.L that i had left in the car overnight by accident. I reported it stolen to and got a new one. Few weeks later i get my new one in the mail and a couple of days after found my DL under the seat of my car waaaay under there. So i call and tell them it was not stolen to forget about it.

Well i get pulled over the same day for 1 mph over and the cops see's i have 2 D.Ls on my person. I explain to him what had happened and he tells me as hick as he can "Cant have 2 I.D's on your person boy" So i say fine gimmie the ticket.

I go to court house and explain to them the problem and again they say the same thing....i ask if im in crazy town and they say crazy town gives 125$ fines for that ticket. I got a lawyer and spent 75$ getting it dropped.

I actually can understand the hoodscoop one .........I like most hood scoops but seriously what if it was over a foot tall and as wide as your hood. Obviously this would create a visibility problem. But for any hood scoop or hood, they should be four or six inch limited.................imo
