Free State Project
I'm moving to New Hampshire next year and someone told me about this free state project, check it out and discuss. This isn't why i'm moving though just thought it was interesting.

well on my w2 last year i was almost at $50,000.. more like $48-49.. but take home was more like.. >$35,000 i would have to look at it again but it was very sad..
plus ga taxes EVERYTHING.
and for tax refund i belive i got back a big ole $1,400 smackers with the allowances of a DOT driver. after i was taxed over $12,000.. would be nice to have lower income taxes.Last edited by jsmith564`; 09-13-2009 at 09:43 AM.

Atlanta sucks, if you ask me.
But my hate for GA is mostly personal, only been to a few parts and the people are just nasty and very stupid... I am sure there nice places, north GA is very pretty. But the small little town around Savanna. The people there are among the worse I met... My stepdad's X-Wife lives there... He'd have to go pick up his kids there and it seems like most of the towns near Savanna was drug addicts and whores.

Because it's Southern and most people that aren't originally from the South cling to the media stero type of Southerners. I lived in Savannah for a year and would gladly move back there. It has a cool history and the people were friendly to me. I deal with college students from different states every semster, so the routine stero types get kinda old, but that's just my opinion as to why people wouldn't like Georgia. The same reasons I hear all the time for "hating Mississippi".

Here's ironic for you, I was one of the 70% that voted to keep the flag the same (and will do so again). History is more important than political correctness. The flag that was proposed to replace the real Mississippi flag was designed by a commission headed by one of the state's most notorious and infamous liberals -- Democrat William Winter. Mississippi is one of the reddest of the red states, and it really says a lot when the effort to take away our flag is chaired by one of the state's most disgusting liberals.

I give a damn about political correctness, but if you are too defensive to see what I found funny about it, then theres no point explaining it any further.

The "Free State" project is a Libertarian deal. They have a radio show that airs on Saturday nights down here. This is their website http://freetalklive.com/
I don't feel like going into a dissertation on Libertarians at this time. I worked 24 1/4 hours in the past 2 days. Must rest. I read their entire manifesto about 12 years ago.Last edited by Goat-E; 09-14-2009 at 04:02 AM.

Have you been to New Hampshire? Depending where you live there is a lot of snow. You have to buy alcohol and beer at a state owned place and they close early. There is not much around unless you are near a bigger town. It is nice to be in a place that is laid back. Get a snowmobile and you will be set in winter. Hit up the ski resorts and get some ski bunny's.
