    06 PBM GTO(458WHP)SOLD!!
    06 TR GTO~476WHP 425TRQ

    FINALLY got a HOUSE!!!!

After a long time, and many cars, I finally bought a house. Heres the low down.

    3BR/2BATH
    1823sqft living
    3450 under roof.....why you ask.......because of this!

Its frickin nice! Its an older house, but its in a quiet area, with a 3 car garage, game room(old garage thats walled from the inside and sealed from the outside.....I plan to brick the outside in the future), extra "bar" room attached to the game room, and a nice little patio. Remodeled kitchen, LR, new appliances, roof, A/C etc. I haven't moved my pool table in the game room, or finished the floors yet.

    What yall think?

These are older pictures from Winter.....its my PawPaws old house....getting a great deal!!!!

Kitchen....nicest room in the house....for now.

I dont have any clean pictures of the inside of the garage, but I will once I get it the way I like it(orderly...still moving arranging)

Congratulations! Start an emergency fund for all the "little" and "not so little" things that happen to houses...

After we bought our house we had to replace much of the sub floor (which I factored into the price), drill a new well (which I knew we would have to do but had forgotten about) to the tune of 4K... However the furnace then blew up which cost another 2.5K, and we needed the sills replaced (another 2K), and the deck had to be removed and replaced, then we ended up replacing all the windows with newer heat efficient ones, and then we needed a new water heater. We also replaced the bath tub and sink, replaced the counter tops, replaced the refrigerator and stove, and then we were hit by lightning and had to have our circuit box replaced as well as most of our stereo and video equipment...

    Welcome to the club.

    I got a his/his/her side. Lol

Yea I have a lot saved. I have to come out of pocket $7k because I'm paying CC, plus first year of insurance, etc etc. Plus I bought $2800 worth of living room furniture, a $2500 fridge, and misc stuff. I really can't complain at all because they are leaving so much stuff I can't even remember. Generator, pressure washer, air comp, stand up freezer, fridge for the game room, misc movable shelves, 100000000 assorted nuts, bolts, studs etc(WILL COME IN HANDY!!!), etc etc etc!
