Ender's Game
I usually don't get very excited about new movie releases... but as this is one of my favorite novels of all time, I'll have to go see this one.

No trailer as of yet. I think there are 4 books in the series and the first, Ender's Game, was definitely the best.

Never knew stuff like this existed, but apparently they have such a thing as "fan made trailers"...

Guess I'll have to head back to the book store and see what's out there. There is a YouTube interview that I need to watch also.

This will be tough to watch having read all the books over the years. You really get your own mental picture of the characters and I even end up with an expectation of what their voices would be like...then you see a movie that isn't quite what you expect. Hope they do it justice or we'll have to form our own LS1 Jeesh and go kick some ass.

Ender's Game has WAY too many areas that Hollywood can totally screw up.
I'm expecting a cringe worthy debacle, but maybe I'll get lucky and be surprised.
The most notable movie the director has done is X-Men Origins:Wolverine, which honestly kinda sucked.

Yeah, makes me nervous what they will do with it. Hoping for the best...

i remember reading the book back in middle school or something like that. i remember it being a great book and always wanting a movie version. they've been talking about a movie now for literally YEARS...so hopefully this actually happens and isn't just another rumor.

We are already getting movie tagged books now so its happening. Just who knows if justice will be done. I just fear that the book doesn't have enough action in it for Hollywood.

I can't wait. Ender's Game is my favorite book and I've probably read it at least 5 times.
