I'm pretty sure that was a show about golden eagles I saw a few years ago. Can't remember if he goes back for it but I bet he did. Golden eagles are some bad mofo's.

I'm going to get a golden eagle so it can ride shotgun with me and when I go to the grocery it will perch on the shopping cart and look bad ass all day. And then when I get home I'll have it circle the property and then I'll throw kittens into the air so it can swoop down and grab them with its sharp talons and feed on young feline flesh... And look bad ass all day. I'll have my friends call me Beast Master but I'm not wearing a loin cloth.

What the eagle did was probably the easiest way of killing it so now it can just eat without any annoyances.

I watched it again just now and as I watch how the eagle lets go of the goat after the first impact, he just sails on like it's no big deal you know. Like he did that just for fun or something! Anyway, the gong and strange music is awesome but the way that squeel echos from the rocks and the thud is hillarious.

this is one of my favorites......golden eagle vs roe deer. Golden Eagles are some bad bad birds. I wouldn't want to tangle with one.

Started looking at some other vids from the link Orion posted. These birds are skilled killers! Some of the most impressive and beautiful attacks. This vid has some stills of large raptors taking down some large game: wolves, foxes, etc.
