As far as the dealer goes it looks like a clean, high-end place...which is good because they have a rep to uphold (less chance of them selling a junk car).

I personally wouldn't buy it but if you're into vipers it seems like a good deal...i'd still try to jew'em down though.

Yeah I would still try to talk them down, Ive been looking for a terminator also, but being a big viper fan this caught my interest also, I cant really go over 20k

Good deal, I just looked up blue book values and it said for FAIR condition it was worth 21,425. So yea try to jew em and you would be good to go.
