    HaHa!
I disagree with Terresa being in it for the money! She wants to keep what Dale started, alive! She knows that going to Toy Ota, will not be a good idea! DEI would be put to shame with a Toy under the hood!

Toy Otas big checks doesn't make a winning team!

Personally I'd like to see someone sponsor a whole bunch of lamborghinis and give them to 16 year old ricers on the track and see what happens

Might want to ask the guys in Craftsman Trucks about that .. Tundra does pretty good.... If I was Toyota I would know
    A. Mikey is a bad idea
    B. To get a good foothold in cup I am going to have to have an established Team or at least a very top crew chief ....

I am saying Toyotas will start winning races .. They will do just like Dodge did .. but will need to buy a good team.... maybe they have their eye on DEI..

Yeah, they will win some races, but not as much as GM which is all that matters!
DEI will not run Toyotas! No way!

From everything I understand Jr, is gonna leave DEI. Why? Theresa is a money grubbing cunt that doesnt run the place right. Shes in it for the money and money only. She doesnt know squat about how to run a team like Dale did and Jr does. I think the kid is better off on his own, hes plenty marketable. As far as him driving a toyota car? I doubt it, but money does talk

Do you know this woman personally? If not, then do not say such things. You are probably wrong.

Jr. owes nothing to Theresa, his "Step-Mother". She runs DEI the way she sees fit. They do not agree on pretty much eveyrthing, and thus he is looking at leaving.

As far as Toyota, she may well go that route. it is hard to say, but it does make sense, and I am sure if they did, Jr. would be gone for sure.

And the latest bombshell came Sunday at Talladega, when DEI executives confirmed that they are indeed serious about the possibility of switching manufacturers for 2008, after DEI’s contract with Chevrolet expires. DEI is talking to Ford and one other automaker, most likely Toyota, about moving its program next year
I would hate to se DEI go to Ford .....

DEI would be stupid to leave Chevrolet for the simple fact that the Impala SS Car of Tomorrow is the winningest "model" on the track. Whether we like it or not, the COT is going to be in more races, so it appears.

I don't believe that Toyota will wind up like Dodge, but if they do, Dodge ain't winning much right now anyway. Truck racing and NASCAR Nextel Cup are different, I believe, albeit I don't follow truck races. I believe it would be a cold day in hell before DEI goes ToyMotor.

Far as Jr leaving DEI, I think it would be stupid, but I think Theresa is stupid as well. I don't know either one personally, but really, the both of them is in this for money. DEI is one of the most lucrative teams right now. I wouldn't mind seeing Jr in a Robert Yates machine or even a Evernham machine. Kasey Kahne ain't amounting to much yet, he'd be the perfect combination with Elliot Sadler, my #2 driver.
