I've found the best way to do it is get 6 or 7 towers in the middle. At least one or two leaf ones, maybe one or two fire ones, and the rest water ones. Being in the middle, when they're at the highest upgrade, they can shoot anything on the map because they're always in range. Except for the fire ones, I think their range only goes up to 120 or something.
