Part 3 of Day 1 for the 2010 Hot Rod Power Tour at Newton Speedway in Newton IowaDuring the afternoon in Newton, IA on the 2010 Hot Rod Power Tour master car designer and builder Chip Foose stopped by the Magnaflow rig and signed autographs for teh crowd. We heard people waited up to three hours for their opportunity to meet Chip.
