Dang, our Army Reserve UA just passed

I just got an email from the facility manager that said our Unit Administrator passed away this morning. He actually retired in January but has been the UA for years, about twenty years or more. That sucks, just retired and didn't even get to enjoy his retirement before his cancer got him. I think they said he had Lung cancer, the man smoked about two packs a day though. He got diagnosed with it sometime around last spring and in less than one year it done took his life. Wow, guess that shows just how easy something can take you out of this world. I just want all of you to keep the Miller Shelton family in your prayers.

thats not bad man.....
No offence but he could have died like a couple of my buddies.....

Yeah, I know. He was a civilian UA, it just surprised me he passed this early. We had guys get killed in the line of duty as well but Miller had Cancer which took him out quick.
