cub scout meeting.....

Tonights meeting was at a radio station. It was a little mom and pop station out in the boonies and was 100% religion. Not sure how that one got picked and for the most part cub scouts is just lame in general. I can't wait until Zach figures that out but for the time being I'll keep taking him as long as he has fun.
Anyhow, the guy that runs the station is going over everything in the booth with us and explaining what everything does. Remember that this is a hard core religious station...there are scriptures all over the walls and what not. Anyhow, the guy pauses for a second as he's pulling something up on the computer to show the kids and my cell phone rings. Ordinarily it wouldn't be a big deal except it was my brother calling, this is his ringtone, and I couldn't hit the damn button to shut it off to save my life. All the kids are laughing and the preacher/dj guy is giving me the evil eye.

Rodney Carrington is hilarious, just haven't seen him come out with any new stuff in the last couple years... and the last couple years before that... and before that

when I get together with all our friends me and a buddy play "show them to me" on the guitars. The trick there is to wait until all the chicks are good and drunk and you'll get a pair or two to come out.
