Cincy Vs. KC(trent green)

game sucked, boring took to long, but we got a win, i feel really bad for Trent Green taking that hit I really thought he was messed up when he took that hit, hope everything is ok, did anyone else see it?

I took a few shots to the head in my playing days in high school. Concussions are most definitely NOT a good time. Last I heard Green has no memory of what happened to him.

Not true. The Bengal's player was blocked into Green.

I saw the replay...that was a cheap ass coward shot....dirty hit is an understatement. He will get the shit fined out of him for that if not suspended.

it was a clean hit, Green set him self up for the hit for running it two times prior, and he was in motion to hit him before he even went down in the first place, i dont think it was a dirty hit at all, it was clean and legal, it is just what happens in a FULL contact sport

Oh I see, but the hit on Cincy's QB by the Steelers last year in the playoffs was a dirty hit and this ones not?

It was not a dirty hit, it was an accident, he was blocked in the back before he hit palmer, just a fact and danger of the game. how was this a dirty hit? he was in motion to hit him? do you just want him to pull away when he is running full speed and stop on a dime?

I thought it was dirty at first and I am a Bengals fan. But after review you could see that he was already in motion before Trent was sliding and he got pushed in the back which made the angle worse. I feel bad for trent and I hope that he is going to be okay. hate to see anything like that.

He did keep rushing though and the more you do it the more you are taking a chance to make a big hit.

I was just making a point cuz you've said in the past that the hit on Palmer was dirty.

I don't think either one was really a "dirty hit".... shit happens in football.

Exactly, the defender committed to the hit at the same time Green put out his leg to slide and Green was NOT down when he was stuck. I think if you are a qb and going to run then you are subject to getting hit hard like anyone else. Bottom line, if you are man enough to play the game then be man enough to get hit. Glad Green is ok though.
