Cell phone help

Ok I want to get a new phone but am not due for an upgrade for awhile. So I want to sign a new contract with cingular/AT&T on walmart.com because I can get the phone I want for free and a free bluetooth, vs $80 and no bluetooth on cingular/AT&T.com. My question is how does that work I already have a contract with AT&T for another year+. If I do a new contract does it basically start all over adding 2years from the date of purchase our will I have two contracts and one has to be terminted causing me to pay a termination fee? Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Thats funny cause I called AT&T last night and they said the opposite it would just start a new 2 year contract. I guess I am just going to have to stop by one of there stores and find out for sure.

It depends... just make very VERY sure they are replacing your current contract with the new one... sprint fucked me into 2 contracts once... I was PISSED

Thats why I think I will stop by one of there stores. There's no way online that I can see to tell/select that you are a current customer and just want to start a new 2 year contract. Even if I have to pay the $80 at AT&T it will be cheaper than early terminatin fees, if I were to end up with 2 contracts and had to cancel one.

Yeah stop by because I bought a phone for a replacement online with verizon and they started another contract and then wanted to charge me a cancellation fee to straighten things out.
