Does anyone know a good online place where you can buy a good digital camera. Like a nikon or canon at a good price?

B & H photo is where ive been buying my photo equipment since 1986.......not by any means the lowest prices around...but good customer service...and they have ANYTHING u would ever want. just my .02 cents

Just go to target, I go there to talk to the girls that work there and I was talking to the girl who was selling cameras and I had no intentions of buying one, and about 20 minutes later I bought a new cannon

That's where I got my Nikon D80 from.. they have some used cameras and all too for a little cheaper but guaranteed as well. Like he said though great customer service, decent prices, great product

Since the D300 came out you can get the two models under that considerably cheaper, (D80 & D200) When your buying one and your getting a lens with .. I stress this.. READ UP on the lens you get with it.. determine what your going to use it for and get an all around perfect lens for what you intend to use it with. This lens although kind of pricey will cover just about anything you could think of to shoot starting off. And it has the ability to stabilize so you don't get that jitter or blur.

Got mine on ebay. Cannon G-7. Saved $350 from best buy. I highly recomend you start there and get a square trade warrenty which is a good cheap insurance.

Ebay is the bomb for a huge discount on electronics
