    wouldnt be my first choice..judging by the blackout taillights and the hood id say the previous owner was prolly a kid...cars prollly beat on......theres PLENTY of ls1s still out there that have been babied by middle aged men with low miles on them..keep lookin

    yea i agree with the above, you want to find one with a stock lid etc...

    thats what i found, there are better ones out there, also that power programmer bullshit isnt good for the car, and if the previous was modding it for power, it may mean its beat

    haha didnt mean to piss anyone off bluebird....what would u look for when buying a used car though? ..i actually like the way the black outs look...i just try and do everything i can( besides exhaust..hehe) not to attract more police attention than i already get..also tinted windows.........bought my last z..a 99 6 speed when i was 21.....beat teh shit outta that car......my car now was previously owned by a 61 yr old man.....not a rattle in it......yet..lol....ive babied it so far though and plan on staying that way...can even look at used vettes now osubuckeyes if low 20s isnt out of your range

    If I were looking Id only buy from someone who kept a strict book and ALL services,mods,etc..

    When I bought my 99 the guy had a log and ALL service done down to the little stickers per every oil change. That made me fell alittle better about the purchase

    My first assumption was that the car had been beat on when I seen some of the things done to it. The programmer kinds shyed me away too and that ugly ass air filter. Can't tell if it still has the stock exhause either. 5 previous owners isn't too good either. I think I'll just save my money and get a GN. I want another LS1 too but I can't have both. Yes a vette would be nice too, but i 'm gonna go the Buick route and try something different. But thanks for the car fax and all ur input.
