Called H&R Block today and they won't answer a simple question

I heard they will give you an advance on your taxes - so I was curious how much it cost.
me: how much is it to get teh advance?
bitch1: uhh i don't know that I just answer teh phone. but I do know that it depends. frmo 100-500 it's a certain charge. from 500-1000 it's a certian charge, etc. here's martha
bitch2: umm, i can't answer that bceause everyone's taxes are personalized.
me: well just give me the amount it costs for each range of money.
bitch2: sorry we can't answer that. would you like to make an appointment?
me: no i just want to answer a simple question. You offer a service, surely you know how much you charge for that service.
bitch2: sorry but I don't know that information, the computer determines that.
me: well I'm sure you've done this so many tiems you have some idea how much the computer charges for different amounts of cash advance
bitch2: no sorry i've just done 7 people's taxes and I can't remember how much it is
me: well give me a ballpark.

me: no i just want to find out how much you charge for your services. I'm shocked that I could call a company but they are unable to tell me how much they charge for their services. if you go to a gas station you know how much they charge for gas.

me: no. actauly I just did a search on the internet and I see a lot of people complaing that you people don't disclose how much you charge for that service. thsi tells me you are probably hoping to rip them off. thanks for being so evasive, now I know never to use you guys, adn I'll tell everyone I know to avoid you guys too.

you know.... the thing that strikes me, is not just that a person can keep lying like this to a person they are trying to rip off, and not just that this rip-off is not even going to benefit them, but really benefit their company... but that they can be so diligent at it!! lmao i feel sorry for these clowns...
