OK....lot of PM's from folks and I'll be the first to say I may have been wrong. I have no problem with saying that. If Bmeyers and his brother logged in from "Dads House" then that could explain some of this IP address stuff. So in the spirit of fairness you friends of Bmeyers tell him to create a new account like Bmeyers2 or something and have at it. Easier than me trying to figure out how to unban somebody.

I do want to be clear on another matter. None of us mods "enjoy" banning somebody and are not on some kind of internet ego trip.....but damn it we have had a lot of bullshit the past few months and membership continues to grow like hell as the "other" LS1 related sites are turning into Mod Nazi forums.....fuck that.....so guys and gals...we all know who likes to push the envelope and often times we are less tolerant with folks that like to stir up shit and test the mods....and you all know who they are.....

Bottom line is this....if I shot Bmeyer and you guys have made a decent case for his return...then I want to be fair as possible and allow it.....

oh, so 'dad's house' is a new "HOME BASE" for a member that you have shown proof to have 5 accounts to this website alone to Ls1.com...

i'm sorry, but screw that, the guy had 5 chances (# of bans before being perma-banned) to get his shit in check, and you know what he couldnt do it. i stand by what you did Sarge. chances are the 'folks' you have been getting PM's from are from the other deliquient members of this site, and no doubt spearheaded by his broken hearted buddies ATCharming, and BurnWs6. I understand that no MOD here enjoys banning a member, but BMeyres proved time and time again. now its being considered to give him yet more chances. if you play by that rule then KAGE should be unperma-banned as well, along with others that couldnt get it right. thats just like saying, well ok, here's the slap on the wrist, time out is over go back and play...

IP addresses dont lie. if the say they dont live together, make them prove it to you with pics and have them take screen shots of their IP address for you. I highly doubt that v-bulletin got it worng on 5 IP addresses...

i have even more respect for Sarge then I already did before. But I don't see what was wrong with bmeyers being banned to be honest. i think he basically asked for it. you can get away with a lot on here, which is why people seem to like this site a lot. When i say "get away with a lot" i mean, have a dirty mouth, post lots of naked chicks, break balls. all stuff that car guys do around their garage/driveway with their buds but the other sites seem to shun like you have to be a total geek in order to hang out with their "elite" society. Whatever. Personally, I think he had enough chances. The last 4 months or so this site has been ruled by people starting trouble and making the mods work overtime. I don't care if he gets a second chance or not. He will surely get banned again from making one of his posts daring the mods to lay the ban stick on his ass. So at the most, when he comes back, we have about 2 days tops until he's perma banned.

thank you. someone else understands this situation. why make/force the mods to work oertime because a few bad apples (who have multiple chances to get it right before being perma-banned), test the limits and cross the line of whats allowable behavior/material on/for this site. everyone knows if you choose to stir/cause trouble you wont be here long, bmyers proved that 5 times over...

actually he's getting a 6th if not a possiblr 7th chance. how can you say, 'oh if he gets banned this time it's his fault'? were the previous bans he got NOT HIS FAULT as well? if not who's fault were they and why? you're right the past is the past and the past 5 chances he got he blew them. interesting pattern dont you think. the future is already played/planned out, so lets just see how long he lasts. as for the IP ordeal. all a mod needs to do is ask for proof, if none is given, then let the ban stand...


ED, has already spoken on the matter. all the MODS are stand up individuals that help make the site as well. though, I MIGHT NOT AGREE, im like everyone else, along for the ride and willhave to wait to see what happens...

We post up pics of tig ol bitties. Gay strings don't last 2 nano seconds and if it ain't fair hit the road. This ain't a mods site it is a members site....but some folks want to troll and stir up shit and make it hard on the other members and that shit ain't gonna cut it......so in the spirit of the "shop" we call LS1.COM I am giving ol bmeyers another shot and hope it all goes well and he can hang out and shoot the shit like all the rest of us pervert grease monkeys. So I left the string open for the guys to air it out on the subject of the last few months of trolls/queers/assholes.....that is how it works here.

I didn't chase his threads, but he seemed pretty harmless overall.

I know a guy who spent 7 years in prison for heroin abuse and the only reason he got out was because he had contracted Hep C and would hve died in prison. Now this guy under went a liver transplant this past spring (A friend of his family donated a portion of his liver) and he's doing pretty good. Bottom line, he got a second chance.

Bmyers to my knowledge isn't stealing here or shooting heroin.......Give that boy a second chance.
