I'm blind and the letters don't stand out enough for me with the black. I'll try different font colors, but Grey ftw for me.

I use black, because consider using the average word processor (Mostly lighter screen if not white): It's like staring into a light bulb, especially in a dim room.


Also, darker colors displayed on many computer screens use less electricity, if you're worried about that sort of thing.
