    best wax you have used for your firebird/camaros

    whats the best products of wax you guys use on your cars and has any of you tried that new product ice and is it any good?

    The best I have found is polish, not wax. Zaino products.

    oh shit ..you have a white car..the prima amigo is specially designed for dark cars...i'd still stick with dura-gloss 101

    Since I came here, people have been screaming Zaino for god knows how many years before the LS1.com meltdown. I looked into it once, saw the price, then got some other wax.

    The way I look at it, if I am going to do this more than twice a year, then Ill just get whats at the store vs. waiting for something from the internet.

    i am at work..i will let you know when i get home. in general tho go with what mr.luos says. I was sent the prima amigo, duragloss and some 3m rubbing compound stuff from goose and used it..It turned out great.

    reguarless of what you use... if you don't dawn dish soap wash, claybar, and then follow the steps of the wax your car won't shine like it is supposed to...

    true. i didnt clay bar...but i did use the 3m rubbing compound on my car first...after i washed the old wax off.

    i just wish i had a buffer..then i would have really been able to get all the swirls out. There are very tiny swirls left from the previous owner. But the large ass ones that would be visible from feet away are gone thanks to the 3m and prima

    Why remove it? If done correctly, a cutting product will do it for you.

    If anything, I clay it, then use a 50/50 alcohol mix to wipe the car down.
