What the hell is it called when you cut a circle out of a piece of bread and put a scrambled egg in the middle with bacon on top?

We always called it adam and even on a raft and wreck em' but I think there is a correct term.

I kept gagging last time I tried eating raw eggs out of a cup. But if it was on top of really hot bread I think I could do it. It pissed me off not being able to eat them since it was all in my head.

looks good as hell to me....is that melted butter in the top of it? That's a thing that sucks about living in the midwest. We don't have places that serve that kinda stuff. Foreign cuisine here is pizza or french fries.
