Beats by Dre...whos got them

Im honestly considering buying a pair. Iv seen many youtube videos and they all claim they are very good. The only two bad things about these are 1) They run on battery 2) Iv heard that the sound "leaks" out of them when you crank up the volume.

Does any1 here own these? I got a nice surprise when I was cleaning through my drawer and came across an envelope with $1000 in it. (Must have kept it there and forgot cuz the paper of the envelope was tearing)

Those things are way too expensive for my taste. They're really good headphones, but they're way overpriced. I would never pay $300 for a set of headphones unless I was an actual DJ or musician who needed them. For the average joe, I say they're pointless and a waste of money.

I have used them a dozen times at my friends house, they are very nice but not worth 350 imo. More like 150-200.

A co-worker has them, battery eater, and extremely loud to the outside. You can get better for less. The need to amplify is unneeded unless you are looking to obtain hearing loss. Loud is not always better.

Save some money and buy some bose, or step up to some sennheisers and never buy another pair EVER

Im a sennheiser man myself. I use the GC 350 for gaming and the HD 595 for everything else.

I heard them at the airport while waiting and I gotta say I thought they sounded pretty fucking good! Now I want some but I won't pay that much for headphones, much less some that need batterys and aren't even wireless
