    ATV riders.

I was wanting to get some input from any atv riders that either owned or know someone that owns a bombadier/can-am outlander 800. I am thinking about buying one and would like some input.

my best friend back home has one, its an 07, very fast and very powerful, he drag races all other utilities where we ride and kills them hands down. faster than a 400ex not too far behind trx/yfz 450's. just fuckin expensive but if i had the money, i would def. have one

It is the mercedez benz of the utility world. Every watch utility quad racing? I watched 14 races...EVERY SINGLE TIME the can am was in first getting the holeshot. They called it the yellow flood. It was every single time. Can am has the competition beat to hell, but they are also very expensive. Not good for jumping, and if you roll it on you, it is going to hurt a lot. I beat one on my 440 kit 400ex though, it was a short drag though. They lag off the line like all belt driven machines.

I've been around a few guys that have them, we go down to genoa around the loupe river where im from. Saw a fat guy with a cooler on the back have paddle tires on the front and back and he was pulling yfz450's, suzuki 450s and many other race quads. I couldnt be more impressed with a utility atv for power but not on price. I wish i could sell my atv had it brand new since 04 only 100 hours just sits in the garage. If you get one let us know how u like it.

got my bombardier home yesterday, rode it at my dads place, loaded it back on the truck and took it back to the dealership. the rear diff bearings are shot. you can hear something rolling around it the rear diff. they found the bearings were destroyed and are replacing everything for free (of course) and I'll get it back at the end of the week. Damn I was gonna go riding tomorrow.

One of the good things about buying from a dealer!
