ATV Guys please read

Hey all not sure if im in the right place but i need some answers to what a atv is worth here we go.
it's a 2003 suzuki 250cc with 5spd RVRS transmission
long story short the guy who has it say's its been stolen befor but returned to him the Ahloe that stold it spraypainted the whole bike black in i gusse broke all the lights in it needs a new ignition cause they started it with a screwdriver so how much is it worth he claims he had some paint remover in took off all the black spray paint oyeah it has 25inch maxis wheels in tires what could it be worth? low in high price please
BTW i have not saw the bike yet i will have to make a decsion by 3:30 tomarow he's is trying to trade me for my popup camper im asking 1500$ for the trailer so..?

I wouldnt pay that... Im having trouble getting rid of my 2005 polaris predator for $3700... its a 500 and in IMACULATE shape... $1500 for a sack of crap.... no way... You can get a SOC (sack o' crap) for less... or put a few hundred more with it and get a better quad...

youre crazy as hell if you trade a pop up camper for a ragged out 250 that they didnt even offer 4wd in. We build custom golf carts and get ATV's as trade-ins every so often and without seeing it its hard to guess but i seriously wouldnt give over $800 at the VERY most for a quad that small , non 4x4, with all the lights busted out and the ignition f**ked up.

You better it's still not considered stolen, I know in PA I can contact the state and give them the serial #'s and they will tell me if it's stolen or not. I would check cuz if you're out riding and you get stopped by a cop or a state game lands agency they will take it and charge you for receiving stolen property...

could you understand it? it's bad but i've seen worse,
also the popup camper is no piece of art i have 1k in the popup in i plan on riding the bike untill xmas time in giting my money back or even 800$ so it could work out

Fuck yeah, my buddy had one piped and jetted with some slides on it. it was bring the front end up in like 3rd gear from a dead stop. and it had the stock sprocket on it

Quads fucking rock, but selling a quad is like selling a modded car. your not gonna get your money out of it. its much better to enjoy it

i got 2 suzuki z400's, one stock and the other one bored to a 450cc & piped etc etc race quad....i got 6 grand in it, id be lucky to get 3500. btw, if anyones interested LMK cuz its for sale!
