i went and looked at em yesterday and they are built real tough, i have been around snap on for a long time. that particular box above weighs nearly 600lbs so they aren't built outta cheap materials

i need a new tool chest bad . . . i really want a stainless kobalt but i absolutely cant justify the price, especially when one is more expensive than this us general and is half the size. keep in mind that is only the bottom tho. i love harbor frieghts tools, and most of them have pretty good waranties on them. id say do it!

I think that's a pretty damn good deal - hell, even IF it would last you say 4 years, and it just totally falls apart, you can buy another one for $900 bucks and go another 4 years and not spend 6 grandy on a Snap On or Mac box.

Hell, I think I'm gonna buy one! Great find!

the kobalt is okay but they dont use double slides on the bigger drawers. that is why i need a new one, i got mine in july and the top drawer is already broken to shit. i have the stainless 40 inch kobalt one
