anybody want to help design our new company web banner?

My boss wants me to design our new web banner for advertising on www.pavementsucks.com but i dont have a clue. Our current banner can be seen here: www.rockymountainsusp.com , its our company name written to look like an american flag. I was attempting to make a gif file to at least make it wave or something but no luck. Basically we want our name, phone #, and web address. Anybody bored and feel like giving me some tips? Thanks!

Check with our sponsor who handles our graphics an design.
