Anybody a member of NATIONAL STREET MACHINE CLUB ?

Got this thing in the mail says if you join their club for like $12 a year you get to try auto products out and keep them for free only have to fill out a survey. Whats the catch to this ?

Never heard of it, sounds good though if there isn't a catch. What sort of "auto products"? Like car wax or something?

is it kinda like the mystery shopper scam where you get to be the 'mystery shopper' keep the stuff for free and then the police arrest you for shoplifting?
it may be innocent and true but i would check into it before you pay your
$12

they bill you later for $ 12 for a year. You get 1 magazine a month (Street Thunder) for starters 3 free gifts, $40 in gas rebates, twist lock key ring, cool touch soldering tool. no risk $12 refund if not satisfied

I have it... they send you dvd's you have to pay for or return... kinda a pain in the a**. other then that never got a free thing to try... I won't renew.
