Any PT studs in here use Crossfit?
So this chick I am talking to is pretty brain washed that this Crossfit stuff is the best thing since sliced bread. After looking at their pt schedules I can see great things about it.. But I see major drawbacks if your older and or have bad joints.. like knees or shoulders..
What is your opinion?

depends on how heavy your dumbbells are. It can SERIOUSLY kick your ass with 5-10lbs if you aren't used to the moves.
