    any managers here?

    Honda dont have a 'manager ' they have a TC ... So you get to that it means .. you have to know all the jobs in your section, do all the paper work, fill in anytime a associate is out .. Any you are responsible for any mistakes others make .. I think you get $2-3 more an hour ..
