    Any helicopter pilots here.

I decided to put my tax money towards getting my helicopter license. I had taken a ground school years ago, and had a few hours of flight time. That was about 6 years ago, and i really didn't have the money or time then. Can't wait to get back into it. Just wanted to know if their was any other helicopter pilots here.

I know the basics from the ground school i took, but that was a few years ago. I wish it was as cheap to get a helicopter license as it is to get your fixed wing license.

Just remember it costs almost double to get your licence over that of fixed wing.

I love flying helicopters got a lot of stick time in the Military (Mh-47 Chinooks). I also love flying the big commercial planes, Been to several flight simulators. (Benefits of being a Lead A&P Mechanic at an Airline)
