Another sad story

So one of my HS friends went back to his hometown in florida a year or so ago. He restored a 1970 f100 and had it so cherry and was into muscle and all kinds of racing. When he went back to florida he stayed a year in Embry Riddle(astronaut college, hes a smart motherf'er) and he couldnt afford anymore college since his parents didnt want to help him out... so he quit and started at a honda stealership.. All of a sudden muscle cars arent cool.. hes putting a i-vtec engine in a early civic.. his picture caption on myspace read "Honda Big block".WTF! What is the world comming to?

To make that car faster he is going to make it impractical. Shit. Mine gets great mileage and has tons of power.. plus it looks damn awesome. Not so much for this...

I am in no way condoning imports but when I was in the Army I rode in a civic just like that one. It was stripped down with a jap motor, all motor. No NOS, no turbo or supercharger. The thing ran a 12.4 in the 1/4. Rode in it once and that fucker screamed, faster then my SS at the time.

Haha. I know on pinks all out some import made it into the 10s and the finals. but come on.. you cant polish a turd..even with zaino.

Agree!! But I give acceptions to anyone who tries to build something nice, Import or Muscle, Its a trait not an opinion.

If we were all muscle then no one would get a good laugh in.

that is something i would never do but i think its kinda cool. yougotta work with what ya got. atleast he isnt putting a b16 or something in it. isnt that the motor out of the RSX?
