It is a classic that will never be brought back to life, it is a dead breed that will never be reproduced in a mass production style!!! GM should have kept pontiac and got rid of the BS Buick tiger woods BS... Just my opinion!!!

Its half way between a Muscle car, a Sports car, and GT car. If it had a better trunk I would say its a better GT car than anything.

Pewter Metallic- 2000 Pontiac Trans Am WS6
I can honestly say its the best muscle car ever to me i love em everytime i see one im in an overwhelmed absolute state of admiration, one of my friends just got another Trans Am WS6 its white super clean all stock then my cousin pulls up in his NBM Trans Am to top it off made me wanna go pull mine out of the storage to join the crowd,My younger brother came thru in his Camaro convertible, his 3rd Camaro BTW(2Verts,1 ttop coupe) we literally had an fbody gathering that wasnt planned, everybody but me just showed up in their fbodys unannounced i drove my cousins NBM T/A today & man i gotta say aint nothin like feeling that V8 power under your feet,in your hands & in your seat, its almost unexplainable i just love driving GM High Performance cars, trucks, suvs whether its a TBSS,GTO,G8,Camaro,Trans Am Silverado SS,the list goes on the respect & admiration you get when youre behind the wheel is speechless,if i ever sell my current trans am believe me there will be another to replace it....BEST DAM SPORTS CAR PERIOD.

Pewter Metallic- 2000 Pontiac Trans Am WS6
i agree, but saturn began to make some decent cars, like for instance the saturn aura, saturn vue redline, saturn outlook & saturn sky they were getting their act together, also buick changed the game with the enclave,so youre right nothings wrong with buick, but i feel like every die hard pontiac fan feels, pontiac shouldnt have got the axe

Arctic White, red/gray- 1997 Corvette, 92 Typhoon
Buick has the number 1 car sales in China..... where people still have some money.
The WS6 is a beautiful muscle car but def not number one or even in the top ten IMO. There are many cars from the 50s,60s,70s era that are above it on my list.
What the WS6 offers though is muscle car feel with a little modern efficiency. 400 crank hp with bolt ons and 25-30mpg freeway. And these cars are affordable for almost anyone since you can get them for 5-15 thousand.Last edited by Zinergy; 11-01-2011 at 09:35 AM.

You would have to get back into at least 40 year old muscle cars before I would even consider a vote
Zinergy, you and I would have alot in common.

If the WS6 came with an aluminum 427, blown then it would give every guy here a woody.
It would be pushing the top 2 or 3 spots for sure.
Alas it didn't and because of that, we owners look at it as a "what it could of been" muscle monster car.
You guys that don't live in CA., I envy you.
This car just begs for a monster motor to go along with it's American muscle car looks.
P.S. The WS6 gave the Vette a run for it's money in looks; some say better for those years.
